I love it for the kustom kulture, hot rods, rat rods, classic, muscle, rockabilly, fashion, elegance, community and history of it all. Not because its in right now.
You dont drive a giant old car every day to keep up with a ‘trend’. People come up to me in the streets, and at shows saying, ‘you’re that rockabilly girl who drives that big old car! My grandfather blah blah blah’. Thats why I love it. People are so passionate about it, its so easy to be consumed.

Feels like I have not been on here in aaaaages.
I think I need a new job, things are getting too hairy at work with the boss, and the whole situation sucks. I’m now ‘senior staff’, and I’m not even a year in. 9 people have come and go in the 9 months I’ve worked there. Two more finish this week.
LB and I are actually still together, shock horror. I think we kinda started going around together in early december. Weird.
Not much has been happening. Thinking about going on a few road trips as soon as a long weekend pops up. I love long road trips.
I’ve also been saving for another old car, mopar muscle? Yumyum.

Also, I was with LB the other day, fixing my car.
We were both covered in grease, it was hot, and his dog kept dribbling on me. Was not feeling very lady like at all! I noticed LB was looking at me really oddly, but thought nothing of it.
I found out later that he was just really turned on by watching me stuffing around with my car. I found it a bit odd, considering I was sweaty and grubby and gross, but at the same time, it is really good, because watching him work on cars makes me pretty hot.
Basically, all we need to do is get covered in motor oil, and just run with it.

A girl on my facebook page quit her job without having another to go to.
Everyone was commenting things like ‘oh no’ and ‘arent you worried’ and ‘hope you find a new one soon’ ect.
She just wrote back - ‘don’t worry guys, I’m not! God always provides :)’.
